General information:

The prices include final cleaning fee without board per apartment and night with an occupancy of 2 persons and 7 nights. For each additional person  € 12,- per night will be charged additionally. The included final cleaning covers the usual soiling of the premises: Please leave kitchen utensils clean after use, increases cleaining costs will be charged separately. The laundry fee is € 10,- per person and stay. The local tax is charged separately and amounts to € 2,30 per night for each person over 15 years. For single occupancy of the apartment 10% will be deducted from the basic price (not possible for type Wiffzack and Fulseck). From a stay of 5 nights the access to the AlpenTherme Gastein is for FREE (also possible on the day of arrival and departure and several times a day). 
Something that needs to be reported can always happen: A deposit will be charged for loss or damage. The amount depends on the appraisal of the craftsman. The deposit will be refunded once your insurance company has covered the costs.  

Since the apartments are still under construction, the pictures used are sample pictures. The actual size and design may differ.
