General terms and conditions "AGBs" & data protection declaration
Data protection declaration: We process your personal data (name, contact details and data of your booking or booking request and possibly offered services) for the purpose of managing your booking or request based on the legal basis of a contract or pre-contractual measures and from the legitimate interest for the postal Sending direct mail and only if you have expressly consented, also electronically via third-party providers. On arrival, the data will also be passed on to the responsible registration authority, which we are legally obliged to do. In addition, there is no further transmission to third parties. There is also no transmission to countries outside the European Union or to international organizations. Your data will be stored for at least seven years after your stay due to legal obligations. If your request does not lead to a booking, your data will be deleted immediately upon express request. You have the right to information, correction and deletion of your data (Art. 17 GDPR). You also have the right to restrict processing, object to the sending of direct mail and, in the case of a booking, also the right to transfer data to another person responsible. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority if you believe that your data is being processed illegally or that your right to the protection of your personal data is not being fulfilled by us, or only insufficiently. Before you make a request for deletion, however, please note: Due to Austrian laws (Federal Tax Code), we have an obligation to retain data on business transactions for at least seven years. We are therefore not allowed to delete the data in accordance with Art. 17 Para. 3 b GDPR until this time has expired. Of course, we will treat your data stored with us with due sensitivity!
Social media / linked pages: We draw your attention to the fact that our website also integrates social media (e.g. Facebook). By clicking these buttons, data from you could be collected by third parties, this is not within our sphere of influence. Linked sites are outside our sphere of influence, we assume no liability for them.
Feel-good guarantee: We guarantee your well-being! If, contrary to expectations, you are not satisfied with our services, you can leave after the first breakfast without giving any reason and you will receive your down payment after deducting the services already consumed.
Reservation: Offers are generally non-binding for you and are subject to change, subject to the availability of the offered accommodation units. After the appointment has been fixed by email, fax or telephone, you will receive a reservation confirmation. We request a deposit of 30% of the quoted price. Please transfer to our account (account details and deadline see reservation confirmation), free of charge for the recipient. After receipt of the down payment on time, the accommodation unit (room or apartment) is reserved for you without further notice. From this point on, the reservation is subject to our cancellation policy. Please note: For stays of less than 5 nights, fixed commitments are only possible or binding at the earliest 3 weeks before arrival, non-binding reservations are gladly accepted.
Hotel bill: We recommend payment in cash on site with a bonus (as per reservation confirmation), or bank transfer before arrival: free of charge for the recipient. Payment with credit cards is not possible! However, we also accept bank cards from A, D and NL (ELV electronic direct debit - formerly EC cards), but without a bonus.
Flat rates / promotions / bonus: No multiple bonus possible - only the offer that is cheapest for you counts. The prices are guide prices, please ask for a tailor-made offer.
Check in / check out: the rooms are available from 2 p.m. and must be vacated by 10 a.m. on the day of departure!
Earlier arrival / later departure possible on request subject to availability at an additional cost.
Cancellation conditions: If the holiday is canceled up to 8 weeks before the start of the holiday, we will refund the deposit minus a processing fee of EUR 50. If the holiday is canceled in the last 8 weeks before the start of the holiday, we will invoice you for the stay minus 20%. This also applies to the time of late arrival, interim absence or early departure, for whatever reason. We therefore recommend that you take out travel cancellation / travel cancellation insurance.
Further conditions: Enter and use all facilities in our agricultural area - including bicycles - at your own risk. We are liable within the scope of our insurance protection. Parents or accompanying persons are not released from their duty of supervision and are liable for the children. No guarantee for weather conditions, snow conditions etc.
Retention of title applies. The place of jurisdiction for business relationships with companies is St. Johann im Pongau. Errors and typing errors reserved.
Information / News: If you do not specifically indicate this when registering on-site or electronically, we assume that we may send you information about innovations and bonus tariffs (If you have given us your email address, also by email -Mail, maximum 5 times a year). You have the express right to unsubscribe from this service at any time or to limit the frequency of the service.
AlpenTherme Premium Partner: FREE and ulimited access to the thermal baths during opening hours, also on the day of arrival and departure (from a stay of 2 nights in rooms and 5 nights in apartments). The arrangements of the thermal baths and tje maximum number of visitors must be observed. No guarantee for locks (for example: revision work).
Ordering a voucher - right of withdrawal: The ordered vouchers are paid in advance by bank transfer or credit card (credit card details are only given by telephone for data security reasons). We grant our private customers (consumers) a withdrawal period of 14 days. Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays count. The period begins when the voucher is delivered. It is sufficient if the cancellation notice is sent within the deadline. Simply returning the voucher does not count as a declaration of cancellation.
In the event of withdrawal, you are obliged to permanently delete the relevant vouchers from your system or to destroy the vouchers that have already been printed out and to confirm this to us (the purchaser is liable for misuse), after which the voucher purchase price minus shipping costs and voucher issuing fee of 25 will be refunded. - Euro instead (whereby there are no shipping costs for electronic transmission). The cost of postal returns is at the expense of the customer. Gift vouchers are only valid after payment of the voucher value and are excluded from the right of withdrawal after payment. Payment period: Before redeeming the voucher or a maximum of 14 days after receipt of the voucher (Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays count).
